and we therefore utilize multiple communication platforms.

We understand how hard it is to be away from your child and worry about missing milestones - but at TCW, you don’t have to! We utilize brightwheel - the #1 child care management software in early education. Brightwheel is proven to save time for staff, allowing for measurably more time with students, while also delivering a much better experience for parents. Our teachers use brightwheel to relay daily information, share pictures and videos, send newsletters, and track developmental progress for each child’s portfolio. Parents use brightwheel to check their child in and out for the day, online bill pay, messaging directly with our teachers, and much more!
We love being able to communicate with families throughout the day and showcase all of the great things the children are learning in class. With the brightwheel app, parents/guardians are able to opt into notification alerts to receive all information, instantaneously, about their child and their child’s school day. Driven by the current health pandemic, our parents can now take the COVID-19 health survey and check-in their child electronically on their phone. Teachers and staff can tag daily pictures with our Developmental Domains (social/emotional, physical, artistic, cognitive and language/literacy) and are then able to communicate with our parents/guardians by adding captions or sending quick notes. Families rave about brightwheel and we’re utilizing it more and more each day!

Create a free brightwheel account
When you receive an invitation via email or text, please create a free parent account using either the web or mobile app. Make sure to use the same email address or cell phone number that the invitation was sent to.
Confirm your child’s profile
You will see your child’s profile after you create an account - you can confirm information such as birthday, allergies, and additional contacts. If you do not see your child’s profile, please contact us with the email address or phone number you used to sign up.
Set your account preferences
You can adjust your notification preferences within your profile settings on the app.
Add your payment information
Brightwheel offers secure, automated online payments that saves time and gives you advanced tools and reporting. Once you have set up your account, simply enter your payment information.
