HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE IN RHODE ISLAND
At The Children’s Workshop, our first priority is your child. And because we’re run by parents, with young children like yours, we strive every day to create warm, nurturing environments where children can explore and learn.

Our experienced team of early childhood professionals is committed to the unique and individual development of every child in our care. Each of our teachers is a professional in the field of early childhood education and has been carefully selected through an extensive interview and orientation process. In addition, all of our teachers receive ongoing classroom support, supervision, continuing education, and extensive opportunities for professional development.

NURTURE.
TEACH.
INSPIRE.
Everyone at The Children’s Workshop is honored to nurture, teach, and inspire children, educators, families and communities to realize their full potential and create a more compassionate world.
The Children’s Workshop Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of the children and families in the communities we serve by helping them gain access to needed resources and quality education. We accomplish this by supporting other organizations whose goals align with ours, through mentoring and community outreach. The foundation was founded by employees of The Children’s Workshop, Inc who wanted to find a way to give MORE back to their communities.

We pride ourselves on providing children and their families throughout Rhode Island with high quality childcare facilities. We opened our first school in 1990, grew to over 20 learning school and in September of 2020, we fully transitioned to a Nonprofit Organization. With 6 locations in RI, our main objectives are to ensure excellent programs, employ dedicated caregivers and create classrooms that are warm and inviting. We invite you to learn more about our programs and to become part of our family, "where learning is child's play!"
